Installing the Security & Endpoint Management Agent - Mazama

This agent enables security monitoring and remote endpoint management for your device. It also gives you a quick way to reach the help desk directly from your taskbar.

Step 1 — Click the installation link Use the link below to begin the installation. Clicking the link will automatically begin downloading the installer file (.msi) to your device.

Step 2 — Run the installer Once the download completes, locate the .msi file in your Downloads folder and double-click it to launch the installer. You may also see the file appear in the top bar of your browser and can click it directly from there.

Step 3 — Allow the app to make changes A Windows security prompt will appear asking: "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" Click Yes to proceed. This is required for the agent to install correctly.



Verifying the installation Once the installer finishes, look for the Cascade IT icon in the bottom-right corner of your taskbar near the clock. This button is your direct line to the help desk — click it any time to submit a support request.
